INDICATIONS:
CATTLE, HORSES, SWINE, SHEEP, GOTAS AND DOGS.

- Anestrus
- Placental retention
- Pyometra
- Mummy fetus
- Persistent corpus luteum
- Urine incontinency
- Prostaic hypertrofia
DOSES:
CATTLE, HORSES. Anestrus: 3 to 5 ml.
Pyometra, Placental retention, Mummy fetus 10 ml
SWINE, SHEEP, GOATS. Anestrus: 0.5 to 1 ml.
DOGS. Anestrus-pyometra: 0.5 to 1 ml
PRECAUTIONS:
Cycle pentyl propyonate estradiol has the same actions and uses of estradiol and its other esters (benzoate and dypropionate), nevertheless, oily solutions of cyclopenil estradiol inyected by intramuscular route has a longer action than its esters.
Side effects elated to overdose are: early development, genital irritation and prolonged oestrus and because of these reasons it must be always used under veterinary supervision.

Additional Information
Cycle pentyl propyonate estradiol is a long action estrogen.
It may induce oestrus, but generally not ovulation. Its administration post-partum promotes higher blood circulation and uterus contractions, as well as epithelial and endometrial growth, and that is why it is useful in uterine infections, placental retention and pyometra, also helping to uterus involution. It may promote luteolysis by liberating PGF2a It has anabolic effect and water retention at all levels, specially in genitals.
